Price Protection PlansEPFO have 4 different price protection plans to help you manage your household budget.Full Service "Rack Price" ProgramUnder this plan a customer can choose from one of our 3 service contracts. This plan does not offer any type of price protection. Customers have 30 days from date of delivery to pay for each delivery. Delivery prices are determined daily based on the posted wholesale rack price/providence harbor.7/10 PlanCustomers have 30 days from date of delivery to pay for each delivery. However, if the customer pays within 7 days from date of delivery, the customer may take $.10 per gallon discount. Any delivery not paid within 30 days will be subject to a late fee, finance charge and may have automatic delivery held until payment is received. If a customer chooses to call for their oil (will call account) customers will not be allowed to purchase a service contract.Full Service "Fixed Price" ProgramUnder this program a customer can choose from one of our 3 service contracts. This plan allows a customer to lock-in to a fixed price for the next heating season from October 1st to April 30th of any given year. This price is based upon the average price of future contracts purchased prior to October1st of any given year.The customer has 30 days to accept this Lock-In Price. After 30 days a $150.00 buy out will be enforced, in order to remove yourself from the program. Customer must be on automatic delivery and our 10 month budget program. Full Service "Cap Price" ProgramThis plan allows a customer to "Cap" a price for their oil for the next heating season from October 1st to April 30th of any given year. This plan is based on the average price of future contracts purchased prior to October 1st of any given year. You can choose from one of our 3 service contracts. The customer must pay for "Put" Options, purchased by EPFO through an option brokerage firm. The price of the options, are determined by the mercantile. Customer must be on automatic delivery and on our 10 month budget program. CODCustomer is not eligible for a service contract under this plan. Customer must give the company a minimum of 24 hour notice for oil delivery. (Work days).Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours 8:00am and 3:30 pm, Saturday deliveries are made during the months of November thru March. All deliveries are C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) or prepay. Any service requested, will be COD at our predetermined hourly rate. Price for each delivery is determined on the day of the delivery, based on the wholesale price/ Providence Harbor. |
